"L'appartement est très agréable, même pour 6 personnes pour 2 nuits! Il est très bien agencé, très bien situé. Tout est prévu pour qu'on s'y sente bien (et même à 6, j'insiste). Même si la rue est bruyante ( piétonne, mais que de piétons !), les fenêtres sont de qualité, et on dort tranquillement."

"Lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a gorgeous area in Paris. Lots of really lovely bars and restaurants around and the area felt very authentic and not too over touristy. Comfy beds. Great communication with the owner who was helpful and responded quickly to any messages and requests. Two showers is great also."

"The apartment needs a full length mirror somewhere. Be aware that there is no Aircon, but there are decent fans in the bedrooms. Also probably need to check with owners if you have a late flight home as you might not be able to leave the luggage there after check out. It isn't too big a problem as long as you are aware that you might have to find a luggage storage place on your last day of hols."

"The apartment is compact but really comfortable, certainly for 4 adults. The location is superb! It is in the Latin district close to many places for food and drinks (both classic and modern), near a subway stop and just a short walk to the Seine. The apartment is also clean, bright, and includes everything you may need, including a handy kitchen. The owner is responsive and helpful via email. Overall a very positive experience, and we would certainly seek to return on our next visit to Paris."

"very cozy apartment in an elegant area. convenient location. yes in the evenings under the windows it can be noisy, but it did not bother us. one of the bedrooms overlooks a quiet courtyard. downstairs there is a wonderful bakery and you can enjoy fresh pastries with coffee in the morning. i was with children of different ages from 12 to 25."

"Great neighbourhood. Plenty of shops, cafes etc. Ten minute walk from RER, meaning easy access from airport. Apartment itself was clean, modern and cleverly designed with excellent equipment. Host contact very helpful and prompt to reply, including suggesting a couple of options for leaving our bags after check-out before heading to the airport."

"Apartment was great for fit folks staying with minimal baggage for a long weekend. It is though three floors up via stairs (no lift) so not ideal if not fit or carrying large cases."

"The location is amazing, by the rue Mouffetard which is great for all sorts of restanrant and action, but with great double glazing so we didnt get the noise. Also for us amazing proximity to the jardin du Luxembourg where we could go with the children. The flat was stylishly decorated, with an amazing use of space, and though cosy, was spacious enough for us a family of 5! There is a great bakery, Bakery Yvan, just down from the flat! Perfect for a Parisian stay!"

"5 people stayed so last person to shower had no hot water. Towels were thin and small ( not in keeping with the luxurious ambience) only one towel per person! Street can be noisy but closed windows blocked the noise One bedroom has no window so could be stuffy in warm weather"
